The doctors, staff and selection of frames are wonderful. The staff go way beyond to make you feel welcome. The woman who looks into your insurance, will look into everything, figure out the best options and price to help keep cost down. I have seen both doctors and both will sit with you as long as neccessary to make sure your exam is perfect. Both my eyes have different astigmatism numbers, they are very high where contacts can no long be used, one moves, plus I am farsighted and now need bi-focals. I had to change frames (yes frames will change your prescription if they do not fit correctly), get re-evaluated, and went through 3 lens. They worked with me until everything was perfect, no additional cost. I have never had an optical business go through such lengths to make sure my prescription was perfect. As stated it is very hard with all my eye issues to get it correct. They have a good selection of frames. My entire family goes there and they are wonderful with children.
