This company stole my $81.00. I paid cash for a procedure they could not end up performing and when I tried to get my money back they came up with various scenarios to turn down my request. I have a receipt that states "paid in full" and they will still not give me my money back. After researching them on the web, now I see why. Apparently all of their offices are run inefficiently and it is impossible to get a penny back even when you are due a refund. Their Patient Care Mgr. even agrees with me that I should have my money returned and they still will not comply. Don't use them, you will be sorry!! At least do youself a favor and search for Allcare Dental Complaints on the internet and you will quickly decide against going to them.
