I used All Occasion Florist for my wedding. I showed them a picture on their website of what I wanted my flowers to look like, said that I wanted daisies - 4 or 5 long stem daisies tied together with babies breath, greenery & ribbon for my bridal bouquet. Also ordered my maid of honor bouquet to be a regular bouquet and the boutineers. I was doing this long-distance. My sister had found this florist prior to my wedding and recommended them. I called and placed an order, then called back and revised the order to what I have above. When I got there to pick them up - 3 hrs before my wedding - the flowers were horrendous!!!! I had two heavy looking bouquets with 25 - 30 daisies in each tied together with ribbon and some leaves. No Babies Breath, No small and simple for me. I was upset! I didn't have time to go to another florist and get what I wanted, so I had to use these ugly, horrendous bouquets. They also had the temerity to charge me $100.00. I asked for a discount on the price, but the employee would not give me one. Said I would have to talk with Juanita. After the wedding and after I had gotten back home, I called and talked with Juanita. Told her what happened and requested a refund of part of the price. her commend to me was ""well, did you get married"" ""It didn't stop you from getting married"". ,She said that she would check on a refund - it's been two weeks and I have not heard from her. Just want you to know that their customer service is terrible and you can't count on them!!!
