I have had lower back problems for 30 years. Up until a year ago I was able to get help for my pain from chiropractic treatments. At that time I developed sciatica and had pain from my hip down to my foot. My MRI showed that I have 3 herniated disks with one ruptured and pressing on my sciatic nerve. I also have spinal stenosis. more
