I would NEVER send my dogs here again! 1st visit and they terrorized my labs. Said "they snarled at workers". Picked them up and they jumped up to a worker to be pet. SURE, they snarled. No outdoor time, no individual attention (that I payed for), they were AWFUL! I want a refund........I could send them to the dog pound for better care more

great place for an energetic dog 8/5/2005

Pet Ritz America is the best place to board your energetic dog. Our dog had a double kennel available to her as well as had several hours of supervised play time with other dogs. The staff seems to really like their dog guests. This place is about $10 extra compared to a regular kennel, but I felt better leaving her there knowing she would play with other dogs instead of being caged up all day. They also have a web cam you can log into and view your dog playing. more
