Above and Beyond 10/24/2011

I came in for a normal oil change and I had some rubber coming out of the front bumper. The mechanic said it looked like it had to be replaced. Instead he found a way to fix it and did not charge me which was very refreshing! more

Excellent & Efficient Service 10/13/2011

We came in today because of a leaking tire. We discovered we had something in it and before trying to sell us brand new tires, they had us check at Big O tires to see if they could help us patch it. The service at Big O Tires was AWFUL and they said they couldn't help. We came back over to Aliso Viejo Auto and they immediately took care of us as always. They even took care of us sooner than they thought and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you Shane and Team for excellent and reliable service! I recently moved to the area and stopped into Aliso Viejo Auto Service to get my car serviced. I was so thankful I found them! Shane explained the service that I needed done and showed me why the repairs were necessary. I appreciated the extra time he took to help me. Service you can trust! 6/21/2009

Shane and his wife, Nikki, own the place and make you feel like family. They have been a god sent for me. Shane is always very honest with me and will tell me when I need to do something and when I can hold off for a while. As a woman, who is not super car savvy, I feel much more at ease, knowing that Shane is going to guide me well. My friend recommended him and it's easy to see why!
