The day after purchasing the 2010 Explorer we found a mouse next in the middle of the engine. The coolant level was extremely low The oil was 5 inches or more above the actual full level on the dip stick The oil filter was dirty along with the oil was black We changed the oil & replaced the oil filter ourselves. On the window buyers guide warranty it stated it had a balance of factory warranty, but we were told the warranty ran out. Seller's note stated a mulit - point inspection but I don't think so! RESPONSE FROM Alexander Family Buick GMC: We were never contacted about these problems. We are, however, very sorry for the inconvenience, In the future, please if there are any problems let us know first so we can try and correct it! more
