If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a metal bedframe and headboard and I have been waiting for 5 hours for it. I was given a window between 1 and 4pm and still at 6:18pm they are still not here and cant even give me an estimate of where they are or when they will be here. They were extremely rude on the phone when I called even went so far when my mom called to tell her to calm down and to not have a heart attack and my grandmother has been dead for 12 years today and she died of a heart attack. The people that work here are extremely unprofessional. If I were you I would buy anything from here. more

best keep secret furniture store 9/15/2010

My wife and I just furnished our entire home from this unique furniture store. We saved enought money to do every room with good quality furniture. Every thing was delivered within seven days by experienced, polite people and we could not be more pleased. One problem was solved the day after delivery. We would recomend this store to anyone looking for good value and a store that makes the customers satisfaction most important ..Livingroom sectional,kitchen set. recliner, tv stand, and three bedroom sets with accesories of lamps and tables that look great. more

Poor quality, poor service and doesn't stand behind product. NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED!! 3/25/2008

My friend had purchased a computer stand for about $150.00. The product was extremely flimsy and when finally assembled and moved down the corridor, it fell apart. This friend had assembled numerous items for me including an entertainment center that has lasted over 14 years. When she contacted the store, she was advised that she could not return the item and the issue could have been resolved if she had paid the $50.00 for the item to be assembled. To me it would me no sense to pay 1/3 of the purchase price to have the item assembled. In this way, the actual cost would have been about $200.00 and clearly there would have been better desks for that price. Cons: Service, Pricing, when installation taken into account more

Putstanding Furniture at a Great Price 1/31/2006

We just bought a new home and we stumbled upon Aaordable Furniture becasue of an add we received. I was able to furnish so much of my house due to the outstanding prices. And the quality is great too. I had a sales rep that helped me pick out everything. I spent over 6 hours in that store. I will definitely go back. Pros: customer service more
