I went down to Adventures Edge to get a new axle mounted, called up and asked if they could do it today and was told "No problem" Got there, and it was a waste of fuel. There wasn't anybody in the shop, but everybody was too busy to help me, so I stood around and waited, and waited, and waited. Employees would come up to the counter, grab things to read, and then walk back into the bicycle working area and sit down, all while I'm standing there with a wheel in my hands. Turns out it would take "like days maybe" to get my axle replaced. I grabbed my wheel, left, and went right on down to Henderson Center Bicycles and have never looked back.
I wouldn't waste my time ever again.
