I have used Advantage Plus on numerous occasions for my parents and they're service is extraordinary the nurses are very caring and the staff is very friendly and always on call when I need last minute help. They provided me with copies of the nurses licenses and references... highly recommended if you are looking for care for your parents. more

My worst experience ever!! 3/20/2012

Advantage Plus Agency takes on clients for long term care, bills the insurance companies for about $21and up an hour and only pays $12 an hour to the caregivers. After taxes, they have $9 an hour left. The only ones who work repeatedly in WELL paying jobs are the FRIENDS of the staff, or the owner Piroska, who's assistant, Kristina is a cunning, sneaky person. Do your due diligence before hiring them to care for you or your loved ones. Think and ask questions before agreeing to work for them. more
