Aapex manages 2 single family residences for us. We are retired licensed residential property managers with over 30 years of property management experience ourselves and we owned our own property management business for many years. We appreciate the staff at Aapex and their prompt response to all of our requests. Being able to have our Owner Draw directly deposited to our bank is perfect, especially since we travel. On-line statements means we can check each month to see how much is being deposited and what else has happened during the month. Aapex can reach us at any time with maintenance issues via e-mail or cell phone if it is an emergency. They have found us great tenants who have always paid their rent on time and notified Aapex with maintenance issues in a timely manner. This says something about their tenant screening process. They always respond within 24 hours to any e-mail that is sent during the normal business week. Their surveys at the properties make sure that there is no deferred maintenance. Aapex is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and avail themselves of the many educational opportunities offered by this association. They remain a step ahead of other companies with their commitment to the code of ethics of NARPM.
Pros: They use vendors who don't have to be called back. Professional tenant screening. Rental rates recommended that get the houses rented quickly. Timely responses! NARPM members.
Cons: No complaints at this time.
