Advanced Window

There were some problems when I used Advanced Window, but they resolved the problems that arose once they knew about them. They installed the windows, and they turned out good. Alicia did a lot of troubleshooting for me, so at the end of the day the problems were resolved. The experience was stressful at time, but they were pleasant to work with. more

Advanced Window replaced six windows and a patio door and it turned out wonderful. They were very prompt in answering emails and any questions I had. more

The only problem that I had with Advanced Window was that I never received my receipts for the job that was done. I used the windows in a rental property and I made 2 payments but I wish they had sent me the receipts for tax purposes. more

I want to give Advanced Window 5 plus stars. From the very start they sat down with me and answered all of my questions. They went ahead and took the order and I put down my deposit. The project was finished when they said it was going to be finished. They were very nice. I got to become friends with the workman. I do not need to use my heater as much anymore because the heat stays within the house. If I have to turn on my heater at all, it is only for a very short time. When I wake up in the morning my home is still warm from the night before. I am very satisfied with the end product. I have already recommended three times! more

Advanced Window did a nice job. I think they tried to give me the best price they could, I don't know but I have to assume that. They replaced a bunch of windows in a house that was built in 1970 and the windows weren't sitting straight in the frames. They all looked the same and look really nice. more

We ran into one slight problem with Advanced Window, but they got it fixed in a hurry. They put a clear window in the bathroom, so they had to come the next day and put the right kind of glass in there. They took care of it fast enough. We're very satisfied with all of the windows. They look nice, and I think it's going to be a lot cheaper to heat the house in the winter. more

I first dealt with Advanced Window six years ago. They were great back then. Now, they change the schedule four or six times before showing up. When they do show up, it's unannounced. They did the installation, and the work was great. The workers are great as well. But they are so unorganized. It really disappoints me, but I'm still satisfied with the product. So, the fieldwork is great, but the office lacks organization. more

I'm a very fussy client, but I have nothing but positive things to say about Advanced Window. I was very impressed. They're a solid little business that provides excellent service. They offered me a very competitive bid. I went with the recommendations they made for types of windows, and they were just spot on. It came out beautifully. They always arrived on time, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. They knew I had two houses to manage, but they made it easy for me. They constantly kept me up to date with the ordering process, which I really appreciated. They kept the work sites very clean, and that's important to me. At the end of the project, they even took away all of the old blinds and shades for disposal, and that was just above and beyond what I was expecting from them. We were so pleased with their work, we are using them again to build a new guest house, where we'll be using a lot of glass work. The quality of their work really sells itself. more

Advanced Window was really prompt and really good. My only complaint is that one day, they called and asked to switch the date of service and I had taken a day off of work so that couldn't happen to me. Normally they are great and professional-sort of mom and pop business that treats you well and gives a great finished product. more

I had 6 windows installed and the quality of the materials and the installers are superb. They showed on time as promise and took them about 5 hours to do. The install was very clean, and they are very professional. As budget permits will be contacting them again for the second phase of my window replacement. We hired them to replace all of our windows. One thing I really liked was that when Carl showed up he didn't waste any time. He just showed us the product and explained it briefly, and got back to us within a day and a half for an estimate. Their prices were lower than the three other bids we got. more
