I bought a hair removal package here. I paid for a total of 6 treatments all at once.
I book and appointment and went to the first treatment. Before I walked out of the building I booked a 2nd appointment, as you need to have 6 treatments in a scheduled time, in order for the treatment to work.
Four days before my second treatment Lisa (from Advanced Hair Institute) called me. This was her voice mail message: ? I need to reschedule your appointment, I need to take a day off and I am planning on doing it in on Thursday the day of your appointment.?
I called back to reschedule, and absolutely no one answered the phone. Finally one day before my appointment I was able to get someone on the phone, not Lisa this time. They gave me an appointment that was not convenient to me, so after one day realizing that going to that appointment was going to be impossible, I decided to call back to reschedule.
I called every day for 2 weeks, and no one answered the phone. I left several voice mails and no one ever return my phone calls. I was not able to book another appointment, and at that point not able to complete my treatment in a successful way. Were they trying to trick me? And steal my money?
I live an hour away, so it was so hard for me to live work in order to check in person. Luckily I bought the package trough someone else, and I was able to get a refund. How careless, how disrespectful and how unprofessional?
This place is old and doesn?t have the latest technology. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone. In this economy they should respect and appreciate costumers.
