Worst Auto Parts USA 9/29/2011

Well went into the Advance in Madison Heights and both employes were more busy to assist me. Lack of any repair knowledge when I asked even simple questions. They act like I was interrupting them and their conversation about partying when i asked where something was located. The crew would be poor at a fastfood joint. Store was great with old manager but now is lousy go somewhere else! more

hard to find parts 5/20/2006

I called everywhere looking for a pcv valve GASKET for my nissan sentra, not the pcv valve itself. It turned out to be a very hard part to find. After about 20 calls I finally called Advance Auto Parts and they said they could order it and it would be there the next day. I went the next day to pick it up and it was exactly what I needed and a lot cheaper than what I found while looking online. PROS: they can order just about anything CONS: none more
