Reliability 2/20/2006

We made an appointment for 4pm, telling them we would be getting home from work right before that time. We got home at 4pm. No messages. No show. When we called them, they said they call 1 hour before and since we weren't here, they didn't come. Not a very reliable way to start a working relationship. more
