Acura By Executive

When taking delivery of my vehicle, I immediately noticed the dealership scratched the front of the steering wheel and rear steering column. The sales manager assured me that he would order replacement parts so these will be replaced and the vehicle would be back to brand new condition, since this was a brand new car purchase. Unfortunately, service only repaired these items and only replaced the steering column cover. The scratches are still present on the front and the dealership's General Manager, John Apuzzo, told me that I am stuck with the vehicle the way it is because he finds it acceptable and that there is nothing further that they can do about it. I've also had electrical problems with the vehicle and the dealership and Acura have not been able to fix the problem because Acura does not have a fix yet for when safety system warning lights come on either after electrical components are replaced or when there is cold weather. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone because of how they have treated me. They do not know the meaning of good customer service and how to hold themselves accountable for false promises made when selling a brand new vehicle. more

I found the salesman at Acura of Berlin fulfilling most of the stereotypes of a "car salesman". He was patronizing to me and seemed to dismiss my questions. He insulted my car for trade-in (this may be part of the technique for lowering the value, but I thought it unnecessary). He also did not fulfill all we had agreed to when I came to pick up my new car. His last words to me as I exited the dealership were a "jab" at me. To be honest, I will not shop there again, nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. The cars are wonderful, and could I have found this model elsewhere (it is late in the year), I would have purchased it at any other dealership. On a positive note, I did find the Finance Department enjoyable to work with when paying for the car. more

Purchased a 2012 Acura TSX from Joann at the North Haven Acura dealership and my customer shopping experience was one of the best I have had. She and the other employees I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, curtious and pleasent to deal with. Had a minor chip on the door when the car was delivered and she and Acura took care of it to my satisfaction without hesitation or push back. Even provided me with a loner. Joann and Acura went out of their way to see to it that my issue was taken care of in a very timely manner. more

Our experience was positive from beginning to end. We dealt with Greg Anastasio. Greg had a very well laid out test drive so that we could appreciate all the handling features of the TL. Greg knew the car, was a pleasure to work with and not at all high pressure. The business manager was equally professional. He broke down all the financials and walked us through additional coverages we could opt in to. Again, thorough, never rushed, never a hard sell. I would go back for another purchase. more

Recently bought a preowned certified Acura TL AWD from executive and my sales consultant Mark. Mark was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish, my husband and I were extremely happy with the way we were treated. Mark also spent almost an hour going over all the tech features of the vehicle and demonstrating how to operate each and every one which was fantastic because of how non tech savy both my husband and I are. We enjoyed such great service with Joanne (our sales rep), the financial team, and the service team with our first Acura, that the next time we were in the market for new cars, we didn't even think of going anywhere else or buying any other car.
