Locals will still know this place as "Acapulco", but it's now called "Mi Casa". Regardless of the name change, the food is nothing special. It's fine if you want something quick and cheap in the neighborhood, but otherwise there are MANY other, better Mexican restaurants to choose from. Usually the food is smothered in so much cheese or gravy that it's difficult to tell what's what. The chips and salsa are nothing special. Worst of all, the atmosphere leaves me wondering if the place ever gets cleaned. It's not filthy, but not well cared for, either. On the plus side, the staff is always very friendly and attentive, but it's not enough to exonerate the poor quality food and lack of ambience.
