They don't deserve 1 star, but unfortunately I had to give a rating. Expect to get nothing but attitude from the staff there. They seem like they could care less about their patients. Some employees even used inappropriate language with me. Expect to be put on hold forever when making a call, and most times you'll get hung up on. They take their sweet time taking care of your prescriptions, and sometimes don't even follow through with calling one in for you as per your request. Good luck with the woman that handles the pharmacy and prescription phone calls. She has the worst attitude of them all. I even made a complaint to the Administration and was told I would get a call back to speak with a supervisor of the employee I had a issue with. Of course, no call back. They never call back and follow through with their job. So then when you call to follow up with their lack of taking action, you get more and more attitude and disrespect. I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down yet!!!!!!!!!!
