NEED HELP please: Yesterday one of Warriors entered, with his service dog , A PLUS AUTO IN WATERTOWN, N.Y. The treatment he received was beyond despicable. He was cussed at, told he was faking his injuries, told he was not disabled, told he would be sued if he did not leave. This is the worst case of abuse and discrimination we have had to date. Our Warrior Justin is a honored combat veteran suffering from PTSD. We are asking our followers to write, call, notify this establishment that there are laws protecting Justin and his service canine NIKKO. More importantly the treatment he received was UNACCEPTABLE. Justin attempted to show his identification papers for he and NIKKO, SERVICE CANINE was clearly on the vest. All proper procedures were followed.\r \r Thank you, we cannot allow this discrimination, or abuse of anyone, particularly a Combat Veteran.\r more

As a military retiree and Viet Nam vet you people disgust me. Your attitude towards a military vet with a disability brings discredit to you and your employees. These are the people that kept you free and able to act in such an immature and dispicable manner. more

You mistreated a Veteran & his service dog , you are a bad business bet for anyone based on your terrible character . more

As a member of a military family. I will never set foot in your business. Your treatment of Veterans is disgusting. I have also forwarded a more detailed complaint to your suppliers. To shame a vet in this country, I do pray for bankruptcy. more

Awful service! Ordered tires from them on a Friday. They said they would have them Monday and the cost would be $280. They ended up not having the tires til Friday and it cost $340. Plus they showed me the tires before they put them on my car and then put completely different tires then they showed me on it. Will never go there again. more

Mechanical thugs/ car stop running 3/1/2011

my husband looked at the starter and the silinoid was broken. He didn't have the tools to fix it or even work on it since he's active duty military. We had it towed to this run down automachanic and after my husband left 30 minutes later they called us and said it's not the starter it must be something else. Marcus told my husband it would be anywhere from 75 to 200.00 to do diagnostic and hour. we decided to do it. an Hour and half later my husband called they said it was still running diagnostic. Turns out it was wires that were corrodid in the houseing(Right next to the starter) Obvious that could be seen. 80 cent piece. We get their and this lady who had been waiting for her reg. inspection done for an hour and half. Soon as they heard her. They told her that hers was next, She had been overlooked. They tried to charge us 500 bucks for an 80 cent piece and when my husband told them there was no way it took 4 hours b/c it's right next to the starter and that they should have seen it more

Do bad work and lie about it! 6/21/2010

I took my 02 Taurus there to have the alignment done. It had been a couple of years and the front tires were pretty worn, so I bought new tires to have them put on there as well. Three months later my wife was driving the car and the left front had a major blowout. When I changed the tire, the tread had been worn all the way past the wires on the inside edge. I took it back to Gwizz and had them look at the alignment again, they said it was fine and told me the problem must be a bad strut. I had another mechanic check it a few days later and they told me that the alignment was WAY out of limits. In fact, he was surprised that the car drove straight at all. I will never do business with these guys again, and I'm pretty sure that any positive reviews written on here were written up by their own employees. I'm military and I plan on reporting this SCAM to the Ft. Drum IG. I'd recommend going to Goodyear instead. They were honest and transparent about their work. more

horrible! 1/7/2009

Back in November I took my 2006 Ford Explorer to them for a simple driver side rear axle seal leak. The next day I picked it up after they charged me $315.00 for the "fix." Little did I know they completely messed up my 4 wheel drive system. The 4x4 malfunction light was on, ABS light and ESB light. My car was sputtering when I left the parking lot so I called them complaining about the problem and they said they were unaware of what they did and wanted to charge me a $59.00 diagnostic fee to find out what THEY messed up. I said no and took it to Dealmaker Ford where they concluded that G-Wizz Auto broke the tone rings on both rear wheels. G-Wizz refuses to admit to the fact that they were the cause of the problem and didn't refund any of my money nor reimburse me for the new fix. DO NOT GO THERE! They are all young mechanics with little to no experience and are looking for a quick buck!! more
