My husband and I purchased a home from DR Horton. Unfortunately, through the warranty, our Whirlpool appliances are serviced through ASI Appliance. I have never dealt with a company more unprofessional. It took us 2 months to get a service call set up. Whenever it would be confirmed, they wouldn't show up. Then when we would call, they wouldn't even have us on their appt. list. Sometimes, they would call us at 7:00 in the morning and tell us that they would be there in 30 minutes - on THAT day. Hello....we work for a living! Whenever, we would tell them that they just couldn't call and just drop in on the same day - they would get ticked off at us. We would ask them if we could 'set' a definitive appointment on a particular day. Forget it! They do not work that way. They do NOT make appointments. Can you believe that? When we finally got someone to come out - guess what? They had no idea what they were doing. Trust me people...do NOT use this company! If you want your appliance fixed and treated like a human being, go somewhere else!!!
