We just had one of the worst movie experiences ever. We went to see Sherlock Holmes, and FROZE. When we complained to the manager about how cold the room was, he couldn't have cared less. If you can't afford to pay for heat, you should just shut down. We will go to the AMC theather in Broomfield from now on. more

Theater management for some reason does not seem to respond to customer complaints...? Several junior managers seem to have a problem with customers interrupting them while they are searching the internet... No problem, I now go to Flat Iron Crossing...! Pros: Sr. Managers = OK Cons: Jr. Managers = NOK more
