If only "0" were an option. I am the owner of a home that used AGI for property management. From the first time I spoke with Cynthia, she was the rudest business person I have ever dealt with. Saying that does NOT do it justice. You'd have to hear it to believe it. I do not see how she can run a business and maintain customers. Google this company and read all of the complaints about Cynthia. I am her customer, she makes money off of me, and she will literally treat you like dirt every step of the way. At this current point in time she is ignoring my calls and texts in regards to money that she told me twice had been submitted to my account but it has not been...a blatant lie on her part. It has been nothing but stressful and upsetting for me the entire time with AGI and Cynthia has totally ruined what was supposed to be a good move for me. I have one month left with AGI and I can only imagine how difficult Cynthia is going to make this last month for me. Thank you Cynthia for ruining what was to be a good investment for me! more

After several years of 50% occupancy and maintenance bills for repairs that were not done by a family owned local management company I switched to AGI Real Estate. My multi-family property was 100% occupied within 30 days with qualified tenants, units were properly maintenanced. Seasoned leased increased the value of the property which I sold for more than $500K. Thanks AGI team for a job well done. more

As an owner, working with Cynthia T Evans-Herr, Realtor, was quite possibly the worst business experience of my life. First, somehow they can't hire a receptionist, so whenever you need something, you've got to go through an answering service based in Alabama. Anyone who makes that much money can hire a temp. That's really small potatoes though. Perhaps most disturbing, is that my tenant sent rent payments (in the form of money orders) to AGI, but it had taken a minimum of seven weeks for those payments to be posted or become available to the owner. Honestly, I didn't even know that my tenant paid his rent for August until mid-October. No joke! When I asked for those funds to be sent to me so I can pay the mortgage, Cynthia said "AGI Real Estate Services is not a bank to lend you money to pay your mortgage and make repairs to your property. Simply put, I have no tolerance for property owners of your standing." Excuse me?? All I wanted what was mine. Paul, Arlington, Va. more

From the point of view of a property owner, they do a terrible job of communicating as well as managing the properties. They are consistently months behind on paying out money due from rent, they do not supply any documentation for work done to the property, they have ignored repeated requests for supplying copies of paperwork, and they do not return phone calls for days/weeks at a time, if at all. Stay away from Delta Property Management Group and stay away from AGI. more

I rented a property from AGI Real Estate Services, not only do they do a horrible job of maintaining their property, but they never are interested in doing repairs. When the water heater broke on a Friday, Cynthia stated “it was not an emergency, and I happen to know Harrisburg city water is 50 degrees.” We didn’t have hot water till Wednesday. I would be surprised if the place we rented should have been condemned. Also, beware if you do rent from them, they rent the property “as is”, meaning they never paint a place or do any maintenance prior to your move in. Trying to get someone on the phone was a chore. They never return phone calls, even when you go to the office, no one is ever there or will return your calls. Cynthia was very rude and argumentative whenever there was a problem. They did the move out inspection without me there, and told me since I couldn’t make it to the scheduled time they went ahead and did it. There was never even was a time scheduled. I still have not received my move-out inspection or my $1,000.00 security deposit a month after I moved out. I could go on for days about them, now luckily I rent from a great landlord and they are out of my life. Good Riddance AGI. more
