ADT is the worst security I have ever known. Expensive and faulty. Such a horrible company.

My experience with ADT home security was good. When we called, the person who answered was nice and was helpful in selecting the security package that was right for us. more

no break-in attempts 8/20/2011

I have had ADT home security for basic burglary prevention for about six months now. Installation was completed quickly, and my installer took the time teach me how to use the keypad. We haven’t had any issues with break-in attempts, but I definitely feel safer knowing that there’s a back-up plan in case someone does try to enter. more

My mother advised me to have a home security system installed at home since I am living alone. She is right. It does make me worry free while I am at work. No regrets at all! more

Amazing 12/2/2010

The best feature of ADT's security cameras in my opinion is that you can see how your family is doing through a laptop or cell phone! Amazing right? I am planning on putting security cameras in my office maybe next month. Thanks ADT for securing my house and kids! more

constant beeping 11/28/2010

This caused an irritating, constant beeping. I didn't know where the beeping was coming from. I thought it was my smoke alarm. But, I finally tracked it down to the control panel. I didn't really know how to turn it off, so I just pressed in the code I use to disarm the system and that worked. Other than that, I have no real problems with my ADT alarm system. I can say that I am a satisfied customer. If you're thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it. more

My grandparents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about and decided to give it a try. So far, no problems occurred yet. Been with it for 6 months now. more
