ACE SOLID WASTE

Friendly staff, but it would be nice if we didn't have to wait over a month to get refunded for service we paid for but didn't use. more

All of the sudden my garbage stopped being collected out of no-where, I called up to pay and they said I had to pay in full (which is no problem) but I would have to pay a $60 account set up fee and an additional $60 prepaid fee to keep to keep taking my garbage. They also said they would prefer that I just bring my garbage bin to the end of the road so they could pick it up and choose another company. Can you believe that??? So I paid my $40 balance in full and switched companies... No big deal but what lousy service! more

I found Ace Solid Waste to be the cheapest garbage service provider servicing my area (Ramsey County). They seem more flexible than most garbage service providers. We ordered a roll-off dumpster from them in the spring of 2010 and they let us keep their dumpster as long as we would like because we ordered weekly dumpster pickup service through them. I got a hold of Allied Waste who was offering a better deal on weekly dumpster service. I called Ace about it and they were openly willing to match their price. I called them again when Allied waste was offering an even lower deal. Called Ace again and they matched it again. They do all online billing, I have no problem with them. more

I was with ACE for my residential service in Lino Lakes and left for a ""better offer"" from a competitor. The service was lousy, the drivers were not courteous like the ACE drivers. They (the competitor) even drove off after losing a bunch of garbage in our neighborhood after getting out and grabbing a couple pieces they let the rest swirl around our yards with the wind! ACE would never have done this! They have clean and very safe trucks, professional workers and drivers! As a compost site operator I have even had the pleasure of touring their operation. WOW! Go check it out! Safety, Safety, Safety! Even when they are MY customer they treat me with total respect and professionalism! That is the true test of a business!\r \r I came back and will never leave them again! I highly recommend them! more
