ABC Seamless of North Texas

This customer that had an issue with the roofing had an existing metal roof that we were suppose to try to tie into that her husband and a friend put on over a weekend was the only problem we ran into and made it look as good as possible. In response to her gutter issue the customer did not have a drip edge on the lean-too back patio cover attatched to her trailer house and the customer did not want to pay for the installation of drip edge so therefor the water coming off of the flat roof travels behind the gutter and appears to be leaking. This could have been an easy fix but chose not to have it fixed properly. She also ordered a window that she would not pay for and did not want to pay for the extra work on the drip edge so we did not address the issue. This customer contacted our corporate head quarters with complaints and pictures. The franchise headquarters looked at photos and emails and determend that the job was done according to installation specs and said abc seamless of north texas did a great job and did not deserve the bad review that this customer posted. This customer was very upset when we demanded payment for product and services that she decided to slander us in this review. We have thousands of customers over the past 15 years that are very satisfied. more

The siding was done good-the roof and gutters are terrible, as is the customer service. Roof has large gaps around vents, is not screwed down properly. One of the roofers took a dump in my front yard under one of the bushes. My husband had to finish screwing down rake trim. The gutters leak. They were suppose to bring me another window-that was over a month ago! I would not recommend them to anyone! Pros: Siding was good Cons: roof and gutters=very poor more
