I joined recently and also got auto insur. there. They told me that because of the paperwork and payments that I had to submit, the DMV would be sending me my new tags. DMV did not send the tags. In the mean time I got a ticket and when I called to ask what I should do, I got a run around and was told if I didn't get them by the 16h they would then issue me tags. The only problem is I have to deal with the ticket within 14 days. When I informed the agent of this, I was told to call the real DMV for further information. If I had gone to the DMV to start with this would not be an issue.
