from the call and the final adjustment made the service was excellent and the work was great. I want to have a plumbing co that will be here when I need them and in this location it is hard to find a quick response. Prompt, Polite Service 9/13/2016

Although our plumbing issue is currently a work in progress, Josh put a lot of effort into trying to come up with possible solutions for our problem. We have dealt with AAA Accurate several times, and Michelle has always been very helpful, remembering details of past visits, etc. Overall a very satisfactory experience. more

Great Customer Service 6/23/2016

I have lived in my house for 10 yrs and never had a backflow test but I received a letter in the mail that I needed to get my backflow tested. I called the second company on the letter and Michelle explained everything and was very pleasant. I will use them again in the future. more

Brandon was a great tech. He explained all of the issues and fixed them in less than 20 minutes. Additionally he showed me the malfunctioning part and explained what was wrong with it. He also left the malfunctioning part with me so I could give it to my landlord later for their education. Very polite and professional individual. I would highly recommend Brandon to any of my neighbors. Over all this was a very easy experience. 5/5. more

Excellent service 6/11/2016

I am a Board member on our Condo HOA and have had many occasions to deal with service companies. AAA has been a reliable and fair company to work with. I especially have been impressed with Brabdon Z. He is very good at explaining what the problem may be, offering options of ways to approach it and then completes the job and leaves the area in good shape. Brandon is professional and pleasant to work with. more
