Every time I go in this store I leave angry. They lie and decieve you about their products, they are very pushy with their opinions. If you ask them about a product they don't car...

Every time I go in this store I leave angry. They lie and decieve you about their products, they are very pushy with their opinions. If you ask them about a product they don't carry they will talk about how bad that product is. For instance I was asking them about Bernina sewing machines and they didn't have one positive thing to say about them. When in fact they are very good machines. I would not recommend this store to anyone, do your own research and buy what you want. Pros: No pro's I can think of. more

I vacuumed a baby blanket that none of my friends, family, or I could get out of the vacuum. We took the vacuum to A1 and they got the blanket out and put the vacuum back together in just a few minutes-- and at no charge! Very friendly and kind people. more
