A to Z Appliance Repair

Our side by side went out after most appliance repairman's hours and Max was willing to come to our rescue! It was late but he repaired it and we were able to place all of our food back in it the next morning. We also had a water drip from the water/ice dispenser that had been going on for at least 6 weeks and we had to keep a small dish in the cup area to catch it. We inquired if you could fix that and he did!!! Ordered a valve right away and called a few days later to come out. After putting the valve on he realized they sent him the wrong valve (has 2 water valves) but he could not return it so he put it on and of course it did not fix the problem. He immediately ordered the other valve and when it arrived he came right out and we now have a "dripless dispenser"!!! He only charged us for the parts as he felt bad that the first valve was not the one we needed. He did not charge us for his labor. He was professional and on top of things. Thanks, Max!!! more
