aplus is the greatest 4/5/2011

so i have a hp dv9000 and the power jack was damaged. i would try to keep it plugged in but i would have to position the power jack in a specific way in order to keep the laptop turned on. well this just got too annoying. i couldn't keep doing this. so i needed to see if i could repair it or just get a new one. the problem is i didn't want to spend 600 bucks on a new laptop. money is tight right now.\r so i called A plus computers and they were able to fix it for me within 3 days!\r love it!\r they brought it back and now it works perfectly. thanks so much!\r will use again. more

Couldn't believe how quick they fixed my machine! 4/10/2010

Brought my laptop to A+ Computer Repair because my DC powerjack was broken. I'd been to them in the past, and their service times are even faster. They replaced the jack and had my computer back to me in just 2 days. I came in a bit early and chatted with David for 20 minutes about the new computer I'm going to get eventually. He gave me some advice that was very insightful as well as some websites to check out for laptop reviews - like CNet. Great customer service! Pros: Nice, fun people more

mazing service on a very difficult repair 4/10/2010

Cracked the LCD on my MacBook Air and didn't want to pay Apple for a whole new display ($900). I bought a new LCD online (Ebay) from a seller who had what looked like a factory comparable brand new LCD for $150. The replacement is tricky as you have to remove the LCD from the display itself and I wasn't going to attempt it myself. I first went to GeekSquad in Wilmington and they gave me some story about how it was impossible to do because of some welding nonsense but would be happy to sell me a whole new display for $800 with labor and tax. No thanks. A+ Computer Repair to the rescue. Within a day they had the new LCD in place and my machine like brand new. Bravo!! Pros: Quick, expert, reasonably priced more

Great Service! 4/10/2010

am highly satisfied with my decision to bring my struggling Laptop to A+ Computer Repair. My computer's issue was diagnosed on the spot and fixed for a reasonable price. I explained that I used the Laptop for work and needed it back ASAP - they had it ready for me the next day. On top of that, they saved all of my files including Outlook and transferred all of my emails to my new Outlook. David seems like a busy man but you can tell that customer service is a top priority. This was evident when I saw them explaining computer issues to customers that they weren't getting paid to explain or fix. If you have a computer or electronic problem go to A+ Computer Repair. Good and friendly service 4/10/2010

As a college student, I almost had a heart attack when my laptop stopped working. Sometime it would boot up, other times it wouldn't. I spent days trying to fix it myself until I realized that it was hopeless. I finally took it to A+ Computer Repair, and was greeted by the very friendly David right when I called. He explained to me the problem within minutes and the price quoted to repair my hard drive was very reasonable! Service was excellent, they even backed up all my files and it was ready in 2 days. I gotta admit i was pretty skeptical whether this A Plus Computer Repair could fix my sons gaming laptop that wouldn't turn on, but they were able to find out the problem real quick an running again not to mention you just couldn't beat the price. Pros: quick, affordable, great service more

They came with a great attitude, felt like i was getting my moneys worth because it was a real computer expert. Computer came back within a week running new again. Will definitely use A Plus Computer Repair again in the future. Pros: friendly service and afordable more

My lcd monitor was acting up on my laptop. Did some research on the internet finding A Plus Computer Repair. What i really liked about them was that after picking up my laptop they not only figured out what was wrong with my laptop but about internal issues it was having like he knew it inside and out. In about a week got everything nice and running again. nice job man! Pros: great quotes more

A Plus Computers provided friendly service making me feel like they really wanted to get my computer working and running again.
