I highly recommend A & B Tire in Santa Fe Springs! My family has been getting all of our tires there for over 15 years! When we began purchasing our tires from Bill and Avery, I priced similar tires at (then), Price Club, (now), Costco. While the Price Club (Costco) price SEEMED lower at first, I found out that they charged extra for Valve Stems, extra for Mounting, and extra for Balancing, etc. By the time they added all the EXTRAs, A & B was much less!\r
Avery has since retired, but Bill continues to offer the same wonderful service, and the same great value, and he stands behind what he sells!\r
A & B is ""off the beaten path"" in an industrial area. His primary Customers are commercial; big rigs, trucks and vans, etc., but he also carries tires for passenger vehicles. His business is in an old rust-colored Quanset Hut, and the entire property is filled with mountains of tires. \r
Bill closes early (usually about 3:30pm) and is only open weekdays, but it is well worth the hassle (if it is a hassle) to get there during those hours to receive savings, wonderful service cheerfully given, and value!\r
Call ahead and tell Bill your tire size and see if he has it in stock before you travel there. He will cheerfully obtain quotes for you, and you can be sure that the price he quotes is the price you get!\r
I recommend him to all of my Single Mom friends and anyone who is on a very tight budget, as I know that he will always do right by them! He saved my last referral over 50% compared to the other place she looked into. (I won't name the other place for fear they would be angry with me)\r
Bill also fixes flats and he has replaced tires that we found to be defective, cheerfully and with no hassle. He stands behind what he sells! Isn't that refreshing?\r
He treats me like a Queen when I go there, and the tires are mounted almost faster than I can write out a check!\r

Cons: Limited Business Hours, No Fancy Waiting Room, but you won't wait long anyway!
