i have broken down a few times (unfortunently)...i have used two other tow companies to tow my & my wifes car....a ace towing was the BEST BY FAR...i would highly recomend them to...

The man who worked for the company towed our car to the mechanic, but our insurance paid the 10 miles, but there was 4 miles extra, and we were charged $18 over what we should've ...

RIP OFF 6/9/2010

The man who worked for the company towed our car to the mechanic, but our insurance paid the 10 miles, but there was 4 miles extra, and we were charged $18 over what we should've paid (which was 9 miles worth of money). The company goes by THEIR route not what was taken. Don't bother with them. Pros: The guy was nice and helpful Cons: company rips off more

Damm Good JOB Done 4/10/2009

Well i'am an old driver of theirs , the frist TEN years and i logged alot of time and miles w them......But as I was out walking my DOG one night I ran across a brokn down pickup truck (ford) , the owner said hed had tow truck coming It HAPPEN TO BE # 227 White Chev flatbed W/ DAVID at the helm saID HE ONLY BE DOING THIS A COUPLE YEARS , BUT HE DID IT JUST as I DID MANY OF TIMES GOOD Job mohamed & crew Allways undersurevaillance @@ @@ @@ @@ @@ @@ @@ @@ @@ @@ more

best tow company in town 11/10/2008

best twoing srevice in town 11/3/2008

Every employee was friendly and helpful The call taker help me decide were to take my vehicle to when the driver came he was very kind and very ]perfesional The truck was very clean inside and out. When my car was droped off at the porche center the driver took care of everything for me and he enven driped me off at home. Pros: everything was wonderful more

Worst motorcycle towing service EVER!!!!! What a rip off team of guys. 8/19/2008

The guy actually doing the towing was very unprofessional and cursing infront of a woman. It took 3 hours to pick up the bike and evertytime we called back the dispatch response was he would be there in 15 min they lied. On top of all that, the next morning he called back to increase the tow by $100 to take it to the dealer after the deal was already made. I would not recomend this company to my worse enemy they were that bad. The company is poorly ran and is just out to make a dollar with out the care for peoples personal property. Remember some bikes cost more than cars do. Pros: None to list Cons: Poor service, poor equipment more

Courteous and Timely 7/2/2006

Used A Ace Towing by luck o' the draw. My insurance sent them out both times my car broke down. They showed up w/in an hour or two of me calling. I was at home, so that was fast enough for me. The techs were very professional and courteous and careful with my car. Pros: Courteous, Professional, Timely Cons: (can't comment on cost...) more
