Nice Place, Friendly People 2/14/2012

I recently had to move out of my home on short notice, and got a room at 7 Valley Motel. The experience was great, I wound up having to stay a little over a month. Prices are extremely reasonable with weekly and monthly rates too. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The best part was the owners/staff. They were warm and friendly. They made my stay there a wonderful experience at a stressful time. Keep in mind that they do not take credit cards, so you need to pay cash or a check. I had no issues with payments. It is a nice small, quiet place in a great location with friendly people running it... you can't beat that. more

Not a bad room, but poor accounting practises 10/8/2009

The rooms were small, neat and clean. Major problem regarding payment. Sent check a week in advance of stay for full payment. When I arrived, I was told they did not receive my check. Gave owner a replacement check and asked him to destroy the first one. Got home and first check had cleared my bank. Called owner and asked him to return the second check which he promised to do. A week later, the second check was deposited! Called owner and am waiting to see if he sends refund as promised. I would recommend paying cash on arrival and getting a receipt! Pros: Near downtown; reasonable price; very clean Cons: Very small rooms; they take no credit cards more
