I bought a few blinds for my house here. They had a Design Consultant come out and show me samples and measure my windows. She was super nice and friendly Natalie I think was her name. I finally choose some stained wood blinds and bought them from the gal that day. The trick to the three day thing is if you pay about $500 more they can get you the blinds in 3 days, if you wait about a week you save on the rip off 3 day shipping charges. They came the installer was nice and everything was great. Then my kids were messing around with my clips and taking off my valance. Natalie assured me that 3 day stands behind their products and I could get replacement parts at the new showroom at Quarry Bend. I drove over there to get some more clips and the store was GONE! They left my high and dry. I don't have the sales gal's phone number anymore so I googled the nearest store. It's down in American Fork. So I drove down there to get my clips and darn it all if that store wasn't closed either. Anyone know where I can get some plastic clips for my valance??
