I setup an appointment at 10:00 in the morning for later on that afternoon and they didn't show up ontime! I specifically wanted to have all of this taken care of so I didn't have to wait around for a technician. I called them at 4:30 and they said that the tech was on his way. I mean it wasn't so bad, he was here a little past 5, but at least he was able to rekey the doors. more

I couldn’t believe that a car key for a new car would cost as much as it did, but I guess id does! The guy was saying something about laser cut and programming a chip. Whatever, all i know is that these guys were fifty bucks cheaper than the other company I called. So I guess I got a good deal. more

I needed to have some locks rekeyed in one of my condos. I’ve used these guys once before when I was locked out of my house. They didn’t remember me, but the service I received was just as good as the last time. Good prices and fast service! more

I cant believe how many times my daughter has lost her car keys. But last night was most definitely not an exception to the rule. I called these guys (again) and they came out and made her another key. Good thing they know me and always give me a discounted price, lol more

DENIED! I guess there really is such a thing as a high security lock! Unfortunately, I still needed to get into the house. So I had these guys drill out the lock. They installed the same exact model again and were able to use my current keys. So I had them do that and now I have a spare that i have in a safe place! more

They just left my house after I called to have new locks installed. I have to say I am very happy with the service they provided. They had a great selection of locks with them and they explained the various options to me in a clear and understandable way. more

Even when things are a little crazy, I have been able to rely on these guys to open up my car, especially while dragging the twins all around town. I actually had to call them twice in one week! But it was all good and the guy gave me a good customer discount. ;) more
