I'm a reasonable guy, but when the tech told me that to have 3 locks rekeyed that it was going to cost me 200 bucks, I wasn't thrilled. But what was my option.. I mean the guy was here, I may as well have him finish the job. He wasn't rude or anything, I just felt like it was a little too much. But he installed it and they all work well. more

Unless you can find someone to do the work for free, you’re going to want to call these guys. They are fast and reasonable with pricing. I can’t speak so much about the emergency service, but I do know that as a standard appointment, I am satisfied with the service and will use them again. more

oh boy! I couldn't believe it! 4/12/2011

I found out that it is almost impossible to forcefully open a high security lock without needing to buy a new door! Luckily, I had the number for these guys in my phone from when I had them install the lock back in April. They came and helped me out. There is one very important safety tip, high security locks are hard to open up and expensive to work on!!! more

Its all good. I called these guys to change out a few locks on a property we rented. They were fast and the price was decent. What more could I ask for? more

These guys are fast and dependable. They said that they would be done in an hour and a half and almost like clockwork they were! I asked if they were payed by the hour and they said no, by the job. I was still impressed with the service and the price was definitely right. No complaints by me! more

Had a great experience with these guys 2/11/2011

Looks like a winner! Called the at 10, they were here at 10:25! They let me into my car and I was on my way in minutes. The best part about it is that I wasn't even sure of the address, I just gave them the cross streets and that is all they needed. I knew that the tech was here when I heard a voice from a small van say "you called locksmith?" more

Dependable 2/8/2011

I ran into the store for a second and instinctively must have hit the door locks. Long story short, I was locked out of my car with the engine running! Anyway, I ended up calling these guys and they were here and let me in my car in like a half hour! It really sucked having the engine running for a half hour, but at least gas prices aren't what they were a few years ago. I guess that is an important safety tip, don't just run into a store with the engine running! Make sure you grab your keys! more

Incredible! 2/3/2011

I had just moved into a new place and decided that I wanted to replace the locks on the doors. I saw that these guys were in the area, so I decided to give them a call and am very glad that I did. At first, i thought that the cost of replacing a lock was a little high, but then the technician said that I could have them rekey'd and that ended up saving me 50 bucks! Anyway, these guys are fast and friendly and highly recommended! more
