I bought a beautiful dress here. It came and was stained all over. The owner told me it was a manufacturers defect then that he couldn't even see the stains. He told me he could send it to the dry cleaners but ""who knows what would happen there or how worse it could get."" Basically threatening me. His staff was condescending calling me sweetie. Don't waste your time after they get your money they could care less about you. Don't be fooled by the really nice owner's daughter she will not be around when it is time to fix the dress. Go somewhere who treats you well start to finish. more

I bought a gown here..full price, paid cash. Dress fit me perfectly, only needed a bustle. Went after work for bustle fitting and I was left standing alone in my gown for 15 minutes while the other employees messed with another brides gown. Needless to say my bustle was not sewn as it was pinned/measured and I could not walk while the gown was bustled..what a waste of my time and money. The employees have attitudes much different than the pleasant daughter of owners who sold me my gown. I questioned and brought back my gown that was supposed to be pressed and I was told it was the material and that I was lucky to get a couture looking gown for what I paid...last time I checked $700 was alot. I am easy going but these people are rude and insulting. Bottom line my dress could not be bustled, the top was toooo big (that is what happens to over steemed taffeta) and it was wrinkled and given to me in a pink garbage bag. Pros: your getting married..dont let these people get you down Cons: that the shop is in business more

When I ordered my bridesmaid dress in person, I was very specific about the details on the dress. I pointed out the dress in the catalog and told them the specific colors of each part--black dress with claret (red) sash. The lady that helped me and took my measurements was great and very personable. However, when I picked up my dress almost 3 months later when it came in, I found that it was not the one I ordered. It was all red--no black and red-- just all red. The older woman helping me passed me off to another older woman ( I assume she was the owner??) who told me that since I had signed for the dress that it was what I ordered and that she couldn't do anything for me. No ""oh, I'm so sorry this has happened""...no ""let me call right away and see what we can do"". Nothing. They did, however, put my receipt in a random pile and said they would call the maker of the dress on Monday to see if they had somethign in stock. Pros: They can order almost any dress for you.... Cons: They may order the wrong dress and you're stuck with it--no help afterward. more

I recieved very personable service. The young lady thatl helped me went above and beyond the call of duty. This young lady was extremly knowledgable and made me feel like I was an old friend. She was honest and had excelent advice on every detail of my bridal and formalwear needs. I enjoyed the experience so much I asked her to come to my wedding and assist me and my bridal party in getting ready. She was fantastic. I highly recommend this shop. more
