There is a dead cat in front of my complex , I called them today they took down my info and I thought they would come deal with it while I was at work because it's starting to stink.and when I came home it's still here! I'm so upset because I can't even go outside with smelling this animal.I don't know what else they have going but I should just say its an emergency maybe they would do something about it then.
