I have been dealing with Dakota Jewelers for several years now. They have always gone above and beyond what I would expect from a customer oriented business. They offer excellent quality items for a very reasonable price.
Their repair work is very well done. I had them reset my wedding set and was shocked at how reasonable their quote was for a hand-made, one-of-a-kind piece.
I had them replace an insurance claim item. The Omega came in before the slide and he just handed me the one half inch Omega and told me to drop by with the insurance check whenever it arrived! Honest, trusting and excellent work. In an overpriced city ~ this store is a gem ~ it will be the last jeweler you ever visit!
