My wife and I have been faithful customers for about 5 years. I have purchsed a Lincoln LS from Best Ford, my salesperson was a great guy. Since I have been dealing with a service advisor he has been nothing short of magnificent. Three weeks ago we had our 2000 Mercury Mystique in for maintenance. My wife just loves the car. It has 160000 miles and it has been solid as a rock. There were problems that the advisor told me and the tech found when inspecting the car. I told him to give me an itemized sheet with estimate. he did and it was perfectly put together. We gave him the go ahead on Monday and he told me the work would be completed by Friday evening that week....IT WAS. I was on a buisness trip to Las Vegas that week he even called my cell to keep me apprised of the work being done. This passed week he schedulled the car back in to have a window switch replaced. Everything went like clockwork. This just does not happen with 99% of the customer service reps I have dealt with in 40 years of car ownership the professionalism, the timeing status reports, and the completion process showed me that he is a true asset to the service department at Best Ford. I have had many customer service reps over the years...with several different dealers in town. this advisor is simply the Best. I am not a hard person to please, if the person simply does what they say they are going to do. You know in this day and age that simply does not happen. I wanted to go the extra mile for this advisor because he deserves to be singled out. I run a $20MM candy company and wish I had 15 just like him. Dont let hjim get away.
