Review content:
I have to agree with the lack of friendly customer service at this store. The welcoming is hit or miss. But I can be in that store for nearly an hour and not be approached once. I can walk in amongst them while their stocking or revamping a shelf display and even say excuse me because I stepped in front of them and not even have them acknowledge me. And that was one of the owners who did that. I will say, that if I approach them and ask a question I will usually get the help I need. Having worked in specialty retail (product aimed for a specific type of business such as scrapbooking) for close to 10 years, and in today's economy I would be bending over backwards to make every customer feel welcomed and make sure they not only found what they needed, but that I showed them related and new product as well.
