This was our 1st visit here & will be our last 1 too. We were visiting with friends & they raved about your restaurant. We live 6 hours away and never vacationed at the Mountains. They were 21 of us & we waited for over 2 hours just to eat here. That's not the problem. When we got seated the waitress acted like she had much rather be anywhere but at our table. If it was the 21 of us that made her feel like this then she shouldnt be a waitress to start with. Everything we said to her she was very short and acted like she didnt want to answer. She forgot the drink order couldnt remember what we all order. We ordered the $15 meal which she NEVER refilled anything. There were 9 adults at this table that ordered this certain thing now can you imagine how 9 grown ups were going to eat 6 pieces of chicken. The waitress next to us was wonderful. Some other waitress in between all this came in and took our dessert order when ours finaly came back and ask if we were ready for dessert. Well for starters we sat in line all this time and paid all that money & had FINALLY ask for food refills. We also ask for a certain item, she informed us they didnt have any. They did the table next to us had it. When we called her on it she decided to get it for us. Okay heres the sad part. She took the chicken plate back to teh kitchen with a half eaten piece of chicken still on the plate added 6 more pieces never using a clean dish & leaving that half eaten chicken in with the fresh chicken. ALL vegetable bowls were the same ones we had on the table. NO CLEAN BOWLS WERE USED. Even a buffet bar requires you to use a clean plate when visiting more than 1 time. The sad part is, your business made about $250...off of our table and we were very unsatisfied.
