I can't speak to the billing issues (I paid up front via check) but the gym itself is FINE. Clean, nice equipment, friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of classes and their kids zone is fantastic. They made it clear up front that I was signing a contract with them, and unless I moved or had health issues that prevented me from working out, I'd be expected to honor that. Had 3 days to back out if I changed my mind. I just renewed for another year...That should tell you I'm happy!
