In the heart of Ocean Beach on Newport Avenue lives one of the biggest antique stores I have ever seen. I went in to find a snuff bottle for my grandfather, who has a taste for rare collectibles. I was proud to have found such a gem for his collection. There were plenty to choose from, and the price was very reasonable. My girlfriend went crazy over the lamps and retro furniture. With the high volume of antique shops in Ocean Beach, the selection was surprisingly broad. For the person on your list who only appreciates unique gifts, don't miss this place!
