Good: Overall, in the end, there was nothing my wife and I were pleased with.. Bad: From the start, Mr. Langford always had that poker face, no emotions, no reactions. He came off to be insensitive and some visits were okay, but a mojority of them were unpleasant. My wife got a rash on her body and it took him over 2 months to prescribe meds or do anything about it. In our third tri, we were getting ultra-sounds every week and a half (we believe this was done for excessive funds because our insurance covers all). Also, our ultra-sounds seemed to get shorter and shorter (an average of about. Improvements: 2-3 minutes). Mr. Langford attempted to contact my wife, regarding some blood work, and he was not able to get in touch. The message he left was: "you said I can call you anytime, which means you are suppose to answer anytime, but you didn't." Finally, in getting my wife's prescription, his receptionist, Julie, advised my wife to get the telephone number and address of the Rite-Aid before she submitted the order. Julie recommended 411. Overall, the customer service, care and other services were very poor. Other: Looking back at everything, our 2-3 minute ultra-sounds, every week and a half, were banking Mr. Langford at least $150 ea time. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant, and we are changing OB's. I advise anyone, who is not satisfied with their OB, to change as soon as you don't feel comfortable, or not getting the treatment you deserve..
