he building in which I live is currently managed by Advantage Management. I would say it is anything but an advantage that they manage it. When you call their office you will only get an answering machine, never a person. You can leave a message, but nobody will ever call you back.
They are simply incompetent of managing property, but they will take your money. For example, my wife lived here before we were married. After we were married (which was 8 months ago), we tried to get the name on the directory changed. 8 months later it is still under her maiden name, ringing to her old phone. Because of this, we are unable to receive packages.
I only created a citysearch page today so that I could write this review and warn people of the heinous service Advantage Management provides.

Cons: non-responsive, expensive, incapable
