It is Dec. 26th, the day after Christmas, and once again The Arbors on Forest Ridge are harrasing me. They've left a note on my door stating I owe them a $600 deposit which I paid when I moved in here 10 months ago. For the last few months i've been recieving phone calls from Lindsey who says that unfortunately they didn't keep good records and I still owe them $150 dollars of my $600 pet deposit. It's been paid off for months!! I don't know what is wrong with these people but they do not have it together. I would not live here again if you paid me. Other problems i've had: - I went without ac in the over 100 degree weather this summer for 4 days because their maintence man couldn't fix it. - One time I left my key 20 minutes away on a weekend and they came and let me in. Between the 3 people I spoke with to get me into the apartment, not one told me there was a $25 charge. I was called Monday and told to pay. I would have just driven to get my key had I known. Also, you will be paying about $150 - $200 in rent for an "upgrade" which consists of silver instead of gold door handles and appliance fixtures and new carpet. Enjoy! Cons: too expensive, harrasment, not good record keeping
