Businiess name:  Robert B. Tross, MD PC
Review by:  Susan J.
Review content:
It's great if a doctor is nice and friendly, but it doesn't make him a good doctor. My experience with Dr. Tross was awful. He came to conclusions about my condition before he actually examined me, he was not interested in hearing my responses to his questions, he was impatient and sarcastic, and he refused to explain his diagnosis, telling me to do an internet search insted. Check out the other doctor ratings sites for this man - he is consistently rated poorly, or at best, lower than the average. He handled me roughly, causing pain during and following the examination. When I asked if he could be more gentle, he blatantly said, "no". The man has issues - stay away from him. He has clearly managed to slip in under the professional assessment radar, but that doesn't mean he's a good doctor, either. I wouldn't go back to him, nor would I send my family to see him.
