Review content:
This is the best pediatrics practice I have ever taken any of my children to. I have never been turned away for a same-day sick visit. The doctors and nurses in this practice are all patient and wonderful with the children. They have always provided complete answers to my questions whether I remember to ask them during a visit or whether I have to call back later to ask. On one occasion I had to call after hours for an emergency and a doctor called me back very quickly. My 13 year old son is always a little hesitant to talk with a doctor, but is willing to talk with these doctors. The only problem I have ever had with this practice is that the office staff (receptionists, etc) are not always very friendly. I try to chalk it up to having a busy stressful job and grin and bear it since the doctors and nurses are so great.
