THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP IN CLEVELAND, THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE UN-EDUCATED PEOPLE IN THIER CREDIT DEPT, RUDE AND CHILDISH I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THIS PLACE FOR OVER 7 YEARS WHY... I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE NOT LEARN MY LESSON AND DIDN'T STOP EARLIER BECAUSE THEY KEPT RAISING MY CREDIT LINE AND SUCKING ME IN, SOME OF THEIR FURNITURE I GOT WAS SORT OF NICE, BUT THEIR CREDIT DEPT IS THE WORST, THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THIER ARE VERY UNEDUCATED AND SIMPLE MINDED. THEY REFUSE TO LISTEN TO ANY OPTIONS OVER THE PHONE., THEY HANG UP ON YOU AND LAUGH IN THE BACKGROUND AT THEIR CUSTOMERS I TRIED TO EXPLAIN A ISSUE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE RUDELY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME. I HAVE HAD THREATS LEFT ON MY CELL PHONE WHEN I WAS LATE WITH A PAYMENT, THREATS THAT THEY WOULD CALL MY MANGER OF MY JOB, LIKE THEY CAN DOoooooooooo SOMETHING, EVERYONE ARE HAVING HAD TIMES NOW, SO NEVER EVER SHOP THERE YOU WILL BE SOOOOOORRY WITH THE CREDIT DEPT!!!!!!!
